Assignment Overview
We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for IT Service Management assignments in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

Candidate Profile
Hands-on credibility in IT Service Management; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training in corporate or enterprise environments.
