We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Oracle ERP delivery and are now seeking a strong Capability Building Specialist for client needs connected to Singapore and Asia.

Role Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused specialist trainer with hands-on Oracle ERP credibility and experience working with business users, operations teams, and functional stakeholders across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support systems enablement, process execution, and user adoption.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

What You Will Support

• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

What We Are Looking For

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Oracle ERP with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Singapore, Singapore, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Clear subject-matter credibility in Oracle ERP; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
