Freelance Corporate Trainer – Leadership Development (Makassar)

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Leadership Development and is looking for a credible Freelance Corporate Trainer who can support assignments linked to Makassar and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Leadership Development training for people managers, supervisors, and team leads across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

What Success Looks Like

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a One-Off Assignment requirement.

  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Leadership Development training sessions for client teams linked to Makassar and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Who This Would Suit

Strong practical expertise in Leadership Development; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Leadership Development with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
