• Proven subject-matter credibility in Microsoft Dynamics with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Dynamics; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; comfortable working in hybrid environments.
