Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Personal Effectiveness and is looking for a credible Lead Learning Consultant who can support assignments linked to Abu Dhabi and wider regional demand.

Opportunity Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Personal Effectiveness assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Personal Effectiveness content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Personal Effectiveness training sessions for client teams linked to Abu Dhabi and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

• Availability for project-based work linked to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

Hands-on credibility in Personal Effectiveness; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
