Position Summary
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused advisor with hands-on Manager Communication credibility and experience working with people managers, supervisors, and team leads across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.
The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.
Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Manager Communication content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Manager Communication training sessions for client teams linked to Phnom Penh and wider Asia.
