Training Programme Manager – DevOps & Infrastructure (Shenzhen)

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for DevOps & Infrastructure and is looking for a credible Training Programme Manager who can support assignments linked to Shenzhen and wider regional demand.

Brief Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused training programme manager with hands-on DevOps & Infrastructure credibility and experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users in Shenzhen, China, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

Core Responsibilities

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Remote / Virtual, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.

  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Candidate Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in DevOps & Infrastructure; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in DevOps & Infrastructure with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Shenzhen, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
