Currently serving as Associate Editor at AITU Journal and Reviewer at Academia, she has built a career dedicated to advancing teaching, learning, and professional development across diverse global contexts.

Dr. Gil holds a Ph.D. in Education from the American International Theism University (AITU), complemented by advanced studies at Harvard University, Oxford University, Sheffield Hallam University, and the University of Cambridge. Her expertise lies in TESOL, business communication, education management, curriculum design, and international development, with a focus on empowering learners through communicative, learner-centered methodologies.
