Before taking on the challenge of becoming a Professional Coach, Trainer & Facilitator, Katarina worked in a Chinese-owned company located in Shanghai - in fields of Sales, Marketing & Training. Her job was to build bridges between Chinese and Western service providers/customers: enhance communication, facilitate better understanding of cultural differences & train local staff on problem-solving, shifting perspectives, proactivity and other Soft Skills. | Prior to moving to China, Katarina worked in Education for almost a decade - as a University Teacher - where she got interested in Trainings.
