Wayne Boothman

My name is Wayne, and I’m a teacher from the UK with around 20 years of experience in education. Over that time, I’ve had the pleasure of working with students of all ages and backgrounds in English, Math, and Science, though my main focus has been English. I’ve supported many learners in preparing for Cambridge English exams and the IELTS test, helping them feel confident and well-prepared through clear strategies and plenty of practice.

I enjoy making my online lessons interactive and enjoyable, always adapting to suit each student’s learning style. I’m confident using platforms such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and ClassIn to create engaging lessons that keep students motivated and progressing toward their goals.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, a 120-hour TEFL certificate, and a TESOL certificate, and I’ve also completed training in online education and technology integration. These have given me the tools to combine subject knowledge, exam expertise, and digital teaching skills into a supportive learning experience.
