I’m now an independent trainer, facilitator, and coach, holding certifications in MBTI, EQ-i, LEA, and SPA, and a Business Strategy facilitator certified by Cornell University.

I pioneered and developed the Co-creative Training Model, based on my experience, which is a participant-focused model that integrates experiential training, coaching, facilitating, graphing, and action learning.

My mission is to motivate people to be themselves and better themselves to achieve their dreams through training, facilitating, coaching, and consulting.

I have extensive work experience, including 20 years in training and facilitation, 800 hours in coaching, 10 years in marketing and sales, and 3 years in mechanical engineering.

I can deliver programs and workshops in Mandarin and English.
