What You Will Support
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
What We Are Looking For
Demonstrable expertise in Digital Adoption; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; commercial understanding of AI tools, business application scenarios, and safe adoption practices; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.
Ideal candidates will have worked across AI adoption, automation, digital transformation, or business technology enablement, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Digital Adoption with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
