Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Digital Innovation and is looking for a credible Freelance Corporate Trainer who can support assignments linked to Nagoya and wider regional demand.
Assignment Overview
The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.
We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Digital Innovation assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients translate emerging AI capability into practical business use and team-level adoption.
Delivery Scope
The current requirement points to Remote / Virtual delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.
- Deliver structured Digital Innovation training sessions for client teams linked to Nagoya and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
Candidate Profile
Hands-on credibility in Digital Innovation; experience facilitating learning for business teams; commercial understanding of AI tools, business application scenarios, and safe adoption practices; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes AI adoption, automation, digital transformation, or business technology enablement in corporate or enterprise environments.
