This opportunity is targeted at a strong advisor with proven Digital Innovation expertise and experience supporting professional teams, managers, and cross-functional business users across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

What You Will Support

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Consulting projects.

• Deliver structured Digital Innovation training sessions for client teams linked to Kunming and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in Digital Innovation; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; commercial understanding of AI tools, business application scenarios, and safe adoption practices; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Digital Innovation with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Kunming, China, and wider Asia where relevant.

Ideal candidates will have worked across AI adoption, automation, digital transformation, or business technology enablement, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
