Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for AWS Certified Solutions Architect and is looking for a credible Lead Learning Consultant who can support assignments linked to Busan and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

An upcoming client brief requires a capable consultant who can lead AWS Certified Solutions Architect learning engagements for technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

What You Will Support

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

• Deliver structured AWS Certified Solutions Architect training sessions for client teams linked to Busan and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

What We Are Looking For

Relevant practitioner-level experience in AWS Certified Solutions Architect; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in AWS Certified Solutions Architect with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Busan, South Korea, and wider Asia where relevant.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
