Brief Overview

We are building our pool of trusted coachs for AWS Certified Solutions Architect assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Coaching work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Candidate Background

Hands-on credibility in AWS Certified Solutions Architect; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training in corporate or enterprise environments.

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in AWS Certified Solutions Architect with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
