An upcoming client brief requires a capable instructor who can lead Business Technology learning engagements for technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Business Technology content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Business Technology training sessions for client teams linked to Taichung and wider Asia.

Preferred Background

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Business Technology; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
