We are seeking a delivery-ready Regional Training Consultant with proven Cloud Fundamentals capability for assignments connected to Qingdao, China, and broader Asia.

Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Cloud Fundamentals assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

What You Will Support

• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Cloud Fundamentals; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training in corporate or enterprise environments.

• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
