Seoul Corporate Trainer – Cybersecurity Awareness

A current stream of client demand has created an opportunity for a commercially credible Corporate Trainer in Cybersecurity Awareness for assignments associated with Seoul and the wider Asian market.

Role Overview

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Cybersecurity Awareness training for technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users in Seoul, South Korea, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

What You Will Support

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Cybersecurity Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to Seoul and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in Cybersecurity Awareness; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
