Role Overview

Client is seeking an experienced training programme manager to deliver Cybersecurity Awareness training for technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users in Beijing, China, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

What You Will Support

  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Cybersecurity Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to Beijing and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in Cybersecurity Awareness; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
