Brief Overview

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused coach with hands-on Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec credibility and experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users in Davao, Philippines, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

Core Responsibilities

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Coaching support.

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec training sessions for client teams linked to Davao and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

Candidate Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Cybersecurity Awareness & InfoSec; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

• Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
