Brief Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong facilitator with proven DevOps Awareness expertise and experience supporting technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

Core Responsibilities

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make DevOps Awareness content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Candidate Background

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in DevOps Awareness with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Hong Kong, Hong Kong, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Demonstrable expertise in DevOps Awareness; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
