Position Summary

This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven DevOps Awareness expertise and experience supporting technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as One-Off Assignment work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

What Success Looks Like

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make DevOps Awareness content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured DevOps Awareness training sessions for client teams linked to Amman and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

Who This Would Suit

Demonstrable expertise in DevOps Awareness; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in DevOps Awareness with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
