Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for IT Fundamentals and is looking for a credible Senior Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Lucknow and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for IT Fundamentals assignments in Lucknow, India, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

What You Will Support

• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in IT Fundamentals with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Lucknow, India, and wider Asia where relevant.

Hands-on credibility in IT Fundamentals; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training in corporate or enterprise environments.
