Assignment Overview

An upcoming client brief requires a capable specialist trainer who can lead IT Service Management learning engagements for technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users in Fuzhou, China, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Multi-Session Programme requirement.

Delivery Scope

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make IT Service Management content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Candidate Profile

Relevant practitioner-level experience in IT Service Management; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Fuzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
