The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.
Key Areas of Responsibility
The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured IT Service Management training sessions for client teams linked to Lahore and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
Preferred Background
Hands-on credibility in IT Service Management; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in IT Service Management with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Lahore, Pakistan, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training in corporate or enterprise environments.
