Enterprise Trainer (Tashkent) – IT Service Management

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for IT Service Management delivery and are now seeking a strong Enterprise Trainer for client needs connected to Tashkent and Asia.

An upcoming client brief requires a capable trainer who can lead IT Service Management learning engagements for technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

Key Areas of Responsibility

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make IT Service Management content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured IT Service Management training sessions for client teams linked to Tashkent and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Preferred Background

Relevant practitioner-level experience in IT Service Management; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in IT Service Management with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and wider Asia where relevant.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
