Muscat-Based Regional Training Consultant – IT Service Management

This opportunity is suited to a practical Regional Training Consultant who can translate IT Service Management knowledge into clear business outcomes for assignments linked to Muscat.

Opportunity Overview

We are building our pool of trusted consultants for IT Service Management assignments in Muscat, Oman, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Preferred Background

Hands-on credibility in IT Service Management; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training in corporate or enterprise environments.

  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
