Role Overview
This opportunity is targeted at a strong training programme manager with proven Business Writing expertise and experience supporting managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.
The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.
What You Will Support
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Business Writing content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
What We Are Looking For
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Business Writing with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
Demonstrable expertise in Business Writing; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; comfortable working in hybrid environments.
Ideal candidates will have worked across business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
