Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Conflict Management and is looking for a credible Corporate Trainer who can support assignments linked to Medan and wider regional demand.
Position Summary
Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Conflict Management training for managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals in Medan, Indonesia, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.
The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.
What Success Looks Like
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Conflict Management content easier to apply after the session.
