Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Conflict Management and is looking for a credible Contract Training Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Surat and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for Conflict Management assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

What Success Looks Like

• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Conflict Management content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Conflict Management training sessions for client teams linked to Surat and wider Asia.
