Corporate Trainer – Difficult Conversations – Ulaanbaatar

Client demand in Difficult Conversations continues to develop, and we are adding capable Corporate Trainer profiles for work tied to Ulaanbaatar and regional corporate teams.

Role Overview

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Difficult Conversations credibility and experience working with managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

What You Will Support

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Difficult Conversations content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Difficult Conversations training sessions for client teams linked to Ulaanbaatar and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Difficult Conversations; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
