Difficult Conversations Workshop Facilitator – Changsha

For upcoming Difficult Conversations briefs, we are looking for a strong Workshop Facilitator who can engage professional audiences linked to Changsha and surrounding markets.

Role Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Difficult Conversations credibility and experience working with managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals in Changsha, China, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

What You Will Support

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Difficult Conversations content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Difficult Conversations; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Difficult Conversations with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
