Enterprise Trainer for Executive Communication – Chengdu

We are interested in hearing from experienced Enterprise Trainer professionals who can deliver Executive Communication training for organisations operating in and around Chengdu.

Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Executive Communication assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

What You Will Support

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Executive Communication content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Executive Communication training sessions for client teams linked to Chengdu and wider Asia.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Executive Communication; experience facilitating learning for business teams; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Chengdu, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
