Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Executive Communication and is looking for a credible Client-Facing Trainer who can support assignments linked to Qingdao and wider regional demand.

Assignment Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven Executive Communication expertise and experience supporting managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as One-Off Assignment support.

Delivery Scope

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Executive Communication content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrable expertise in Executive Communication; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Executive Communication with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
