Position Summary

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Facilitation Skills training for managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals in Indore, India, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

What Success Looks Like

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Facilitation Skills content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Facilitation Skills training sessions for client teams linked to Indore and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
