What You Will Support

• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in Influencing Skills; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; comfortable working in in-person environments.

• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Influencing Skills with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Jakarta, Indonesia, and wider Asia where relevant.
