Candidate Background
Hands-on credibility in Influencing Skills; experience facilitating learning for business teams; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Taichung, Taiwan, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
