  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Influencing Skills content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Influencing Skills training sessions for client teams linked to Mumbai and wider Asia.
