This brief is aimed at an experienced Training Consultant with real depth in Intercultural Communication and the ability to support client-facing delivery linked to Makati.
Role Overview
We are building our pool of trusted consultants for Intercultural Communication assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.
The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.
The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Consulting projects.
What You Will Support
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Intercultural Communication training sessions for client teams linked to Makati and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
What We Are Looking For
Hands-on credibility in Intercultural Communication; experience facilitating learning for business teams; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Intercultural Communication with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
