Job Title: Islamabad-Based APAC Training Advisor – Intercultural Communication

Category: Communication

Expertise Area: Intercultural Communication

Location Focus: Islamabad, Pakistan

Delivery Mode: Hybrid

Location Scope: Asia and Remote / Virtual

Experience Level: Senior

Engagement Type: Multi-Session Programme

Role Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused advisor with hands-on Intercultural Communication credibility and experience working with managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals in Islamabad, Pakistan, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

What You Will Support

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Intercultural Communication content easier to apply after the session.

What We Are Looking For

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Intercultural Communication with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Islamabad, Pakistan, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Clear subject-matter credibility in Intercultural Communication; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
