Client-Facing Trainer for Negotiation – Bangkok

For upcoming Negotiation briefs, we are looking for a strong Client-Facing Trainer who can engage professional audiences linked to Bangkok and surrounding markets.

Position Summary

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Negotiation training for managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Short Series projects.

What Success Looks Like

  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Negotiation content easier to apply after the session.

Who This Would Suit

Strong practical expertise in Negotiation; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Bangkok, Thailand, and wider Asia where relevant.

  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
