This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Negotiation & Influence credibility and experience working with managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals in Karachi, Pakistan, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Deliver structured Negotiation & Influence training sessions for client teams linked to Karachi and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.

Clear subject-matter credibility in Negotiation & Influence; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
