We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Negotiation & Influence delivery and are now seeking a strong Programme Coach for client needs connected to Fukuoka and Asia.

Role Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong coach with proven Negotiation & Influence expertise and experience supporting managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Coaching support.

What You Will Support

• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in Negotiation & Influence; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.

• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
