APAC Training Advisor – Negotiation & Influence – Astana

Client demand in Negotiation & Influence continues to develop, and we are adding capable APAC Training Advisor profiles for work tied to Astana and regional corporate teams.

Role Overview

Client is seeking an experienced advisor to deliver Negotiation & Influence training for managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals in Astana, Kazakhstan, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

What You Will Support

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Negotiation & Influence content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Negotiation & Influence training sessions for client teams linked to Astana and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in Negotiation & Influence; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
