Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Presentation & Public Speaking and is looking for a credible Learning & Development Consultant who can support assignments linked to Surat and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

This opportunity is targeted at a strong consultant with proven Presentation & Public Speaking expertise and experience supporting managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals in Surat, India, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

What Success Looks Like

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Consulting projects.

• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Who This Would Suit

Demonstrable expertise in Presentation & Public Speaking; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; comfortable working in in-person environments.

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Presentation & Public Speaking with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
