Surabaya-Based APAC Training Advisor – Code of Conduct

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Code of Conduct delivery and are now seeking a strong APAC Training Advisor for client needs connected to Surabaya and Asia.

Brief Overview

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused advisor with hands-on Code of Conduct credibility and experience working with regulated teams, managers, and corporate employees across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen awareness, control discipline, and day-to-day compliance behaviour.

Core Responsibilities

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Consulting projects.

  • Deliver structured Code of Conduct training sessions for client teams linked to Surabaya and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Candidate Background

Clear subject-matter credibility in Code of Conduct; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Code of Conduct with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Surabaya, Indonesia, and wider Asia where relevant.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
