We are interested in hearing from experienced Contract Training Facilitator professionals who can deliver Data Privacy training for organisations operating in and around Hangzhou.
Brief Overview
The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused facilitator with hands-on Data Privacy credibility and experience working with regulated teams, managers, and corporate employees in Hangzhou, China, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen awareness, control discipline, and day-to-day compliance behaviour.
Core Responsibilities
The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.
- Deliver structured Data Privacy training sessions for client teams linked to Hangzhou and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
Candidate Background
Clear subject-matter credibility in Data Privacy; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Data Privacy with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
