This brief is aimed at an experienced Training Programme Manager with real depth in Ethics & Conduct and the ability to support client-facing delivery linked to Tehran.
Position Summary
The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.
We are building our pool of trusted training programme managers for Ethics & Conduct assignments in Tehran, Iran, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients strengthen awareness, control discipline, and day-to-day compliance behaviour.
What Success Looks Like
The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Ethics & Conduct training sessions for client teams linked to Tehran and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
Who This Would Suit
Hands-on credibility in Ethics & Conduct; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Ethics & Conduct with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Tehran, Iran, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training in corporate or enterprise environments.
