Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for GDPR Awareness and is looking for a credible Contract Training Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Guangzhou and wider regional demand.
Assignment Overview
The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.
This opportunity is targeted at a strong facilitator with proven GDPR Awareness expertise and experience supporting regulated teams, managers, and corporate employees in Guangzhou, China, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.
Delivery Scope
The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make GDPR Awareness content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
Candidate Profile
Demonstrable expertise in GDPR Awareness; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; comfortable working in in-person environments.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
Ideal candidates will have worked across compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
